## Description

### Steps to reproduce

1.  Login as a user with permissions to manage work packages
    
2.  Go to work packages
    
3.  Click on the vertical ... (more menu) in the toolbar
    
4.  Click Export
    
5.  Change File Format - from XLS to CSV or PDF and then back.
    

### What is the buggy behavior?

*   The dialog resizes on change of format.
    

### What is the expected behavior?

*   Following a decision we made a while ago, large dialogs with forms inside should be full height and attached to the right. [Confirmed with product](https://community.openproject.org/projects/gmbh/meetings/9107#meeting-agenda-item-26806)
