## Description

### Steps to reproduce

1.  Login as an admin

2.  Invite a user to any project

3.  Do not accept the user invite

4.  Create a meeting in the project with the invited user

5.  On the draft meeting, click on 'add participants' and add the invited user

### What is the buggy behaviour?

  - User cannot be invited

### What is the expected behaviour?

1.  Do not show invited user in the list

###
