## Description

### Steps to reproduce

1.  Go to Administration -> Authentication -> SAML providers
    
2.  Create a new SAML provider
    
3.  Once saved, try to edit it under **Identity provider endpoints and certificates**
    
4.  Change the value for **Limit self registration** and save
    

### What is the buggy behavior?

*   the setting is not updated and keeps its old value
    

### What is the expected behavior?

1.  The setting should be updated
    

### Hints

It seems both form fields are submitted no matter which one is selected.
