## Description

### Steps to reproduce

1.  Login as a user with permissions to create a project template
2.  Go to the projects page
3.  Create a project and select the project to be a template
4.  Create a project by using that new template

### What is the buggy behavior?

  - The new project cannot be created, or it needs extremely long (5 min - Support Ticket 14192)
  - Possible are different error scenarios when using HTTP or HTTPs or different browsers (See Support Ticket 14076 and screenshot)

ATTENTION: the project is created but there is maybe another/same issue when using projects that are based on templates, they are loading more than 90 seconds. (Details See Support Ticket 14192)

### What is the expected behavior?

Project Templates could be used to create projects fast.  
Loading Time when Projects are loaded/edited that are created by Templates are acceptable
