## Description

### Steps to reproduce

1.  Log in as a user that has the `view meetings` permission, but **not** `edit meetings`

2.  Go to a meeting you can view

3.  Click on the 3 dot menu

4.  Select 'Duplicate as one time meeting' for a series occurrence or 'Duplicate' for a one time meeting

### What is the buggy behaviour?

  - User gets a 403

### What is the expected behaviour?

1.  User cannot see that menu item, since they don't have edit permissions
