## Description

**Acceptance criteria:**

  - New onetime template only sidebar component:
    
      - Title: Sharing
    
      - Description: "This template can be shared with subprojects or other projects in this instance. Only the agenda items and attachments will be copied."
    
      - Consists of:
        
          - Select dropdown with options: (like in Activity tab for 'Show everything', 'Show changes only'...)
            
              - Only this project
            
              - Subprojects
            
              - All projects

  - The sharing option controls the visiblity for all users. Users do not need to be a member in the project the template is defined in to see them.
    
      - ⚠ This has some implications on project name sharing similar to versions

  - All visible templates should be selectable as a template when creating a new onetime meeting

**Implementation sketch**

  - Add an enum attribute to meetings with the sharing level, similar to how versions and now sprints work
