## Description

### What is the buggy behavior?

If a project identifier for a Jira project already exists in OpenProject, e.g.
\* the project has been imported before or
\* an OpenProject project with this identifier was created before
the import fails with a non-helpful error message "project identifier already exists"

## What is the expected behavior?

Add the project.identifier to the error message, so the user can find out for which project the import failed (and skip importing the project twice or rename the existing one to continue the import).
