## Description

**As** a system administrator  
**I want to** be able to configure backups (+ validation and replication) in the OpenProject helm chart  
**so that** my data can easily be backed up, validated, and replicated to S3.

**Acceptance criteria**

*   add configuration for backups, including:
    
    *   backup S3 bucket
        
    *   replication S3 bucket (optional)
        
*   the backups should be encrypted
    

**Technical notes**

*   this shall use [kopia](https://kopia.io/) for encrypted, deduplicated backups
