1.  Enable a screenreader such as VoiceOver on macOS (enabled via System Settings \> Accessibility) - or equivalent on other platforms (e.g. Windows Narrator

### What is the buggy behavior?

Voiceover reads "delete dialog", "web dialog", "8 items".. etc.

### What is the expected behavior?

Voiceover reads "delete dialog", "web **alert** dialog", "8 items".. etc.

### Why?

Danger dialogs (both the confirmation and default, warning variant) clearly adhere to the alert dialog pattern:

> The **alertdialog** role is to be used on modal alert dialogs that interrupt a user's workflow to communicate an important message and require a response.
