## Description

Add a section "Manage subscription" (or similar) to the Enterprise on-premises documentation to explain how to:

*   Upgrade the number of users / change to a different (e.g. multi-year) plan
*   Change payment method (e.g. new credit card)
*   Cancel the Enterprise subscription
