## Description

### Steps to reproduce

1.  Create a document
    
2.  Run a series of edits for at least 8 minutes, occasionally switching to a different window or leaving the browser tab idle for an extended period
    

### What is the buggy behavior?

*   The editor intermittently shows connection loss for a few seconds before reconnecting — even when the HocusPocus connection is healthy.
    

### What is the expected behavior?

1.  No user-visible interruption should occur while the HocusPocus connection remains healthy
    
2.  Minor transient connection blips (e.g. due to brief network instability) should be handled gracefully, without fully removing the editor from the UI
