## Description

**As** someone using the API  
**I want to** be able to create projects even when the Setting for project-based work package identifiers is set  
**so that** everything still works as known and expected

**Acceptance criteria**

*   When a project is created through the API without an identifier it should
    
    *   in case of Instance-wide numerical sequences: create a long identifier based on the name automatically (this should already be implemented as is)
        
    *   in case of Project-based alphanumerical identifiers: create a short identifier based on the name
        
*   We want to cover at least
    
    *   **post** /api/v3/projects
        
    *   **post** /api/v3/projects/{id}/copy
        
    *   please check if there are more endpoints we need to adapt
