### Steps to reproduce

  - This requires Activity sort order to be "Newest at the bottom"

  - Go to a work package table

  - Open a work package in split-screen

  - Post a comment

### What is the buggy behavior?

  - When first opening the split screen, the Activity tab doesn't automatically scroll to the bottom
    
      - This is expect when "Newest at the bottom" is the sort order

  - When you post a comment, the Activity tab doens't scroll to the bottom to show the newly posted comment

### What is the expected behavior?

  - When opening the split screen, the Activity tab automatically scrolls to the bottom

  - After posting a comment, the tab scrolls to the bottom to show the newly posted comment
