## Description

**As** a user with a create sprint permission  
**I want to** have the permission to start and stop a sprint  
**so that** I can discover the feature of starting a sprint easily.

**Acceptance criteria**

*   Assign the Start/Stop sprint permission to users with create sprint permission, only if the given role fulfils the dependencies of the Start/Stop sprint permission.
    
*   The dependencies are: `"view_sprints"`, `"manage_board_views"`, `"manage_sprint_items"`.
