## Description

**As** a user wanting to activate a sprint  
**I want to** not run into errors on activating a print without dates  
**so that** I understand the system and am guided without wondering what is amis

**Acceptance criteria**

*   On a sprint without start and/or finish date:
    
    *   the start button is disabled
        
    *   Tooltip on hovering over the button: "Start and finish dates are required in order to start the sprint."
