## Description

**As** a starting agile user  
**I want to** have an informative blank slate  
**so that** I know how to start using the module

Currently the blank slate looks like this:

  - Given: The "inbox" backlog will always be present to the left.

**Acceptance criteria**

  - If there are no sprints (shared or native) show a blankslate to the right
    
      - Title: "No sprints present yet"
    
      - Text: "To start planning your sprint, create one here or go the the project settings to receive sprints from a different project"
        
          - The "project settings" part of the text link to the project's backlog sprint sharing settings. At least, if the user has the permission to visit that page.
