Upload files Error
Added by Pablo Culler about 4 years ago
I have OpenProject 8.2.0 installed on latest Debian Stable. I installed it via the binary packages and I also set up nginx as web server for it. Passenger is running properly and openproject runs with no major issue but one thing is driving me crazy is that I cannot upload attachments. At 1st according to the Production log it was a matter of permission, which I changed and everything worked well for a while. Now the problem is intermitent and come and goes. I as a 1st measure increased the attachment size on nginx and also increased the attachment size on openproject system settings via the gui. But the problem still persist. I created several dummy files on different sizes to do some testing but all I get is (See Attachment). I am only able to upload small txt files even I have increased the attachment size on nginx
Thanks

Do you still use this service? If yes, did you manage to solve this issue?
Maybe try using another filesharing service? The one you use seems to be too complicated and not that reliable. I use simpler tools for simpler purposes, and there usually are no errors and issues with these services.
One of the best ones I can suggest is https://fastupload.io/en which is basically a service to upload, manage and share your files. It’s free to use and offers unlimited storage and other options. I would even say it’s better than expensive competitors.
The functions these services have are enough for me, and I don’t need anything more. You can have it at least as a backup service not to stop your work entirely in case of a technical error.
