Hi, is this compatibile with OpenProject 3.0 ? Seems, that we can’t install it anyway.

OP 3 should have openproject-plugins integrated, however, we cannot install it and also it doesn’t work without it.

I’m really confused, please advice.

Thank you.

Hi Ivan,

in the last days I fixed some issues with the translations plugin. Please try again. Now it should have the latest translations and should be compatible again.

We do not include the translations into the OpenProject core, as they are contributed solely by the community. We just don’t know so many languages. I, for example, don’t know any Chinese and could never judge any Chinese translations.

If the translations are packaged in their own plugin, we can say that all translations in that plugin come from the community and are not reviewed by us.

cheers,
Philipp

Hi Philipp, many thanks, now everything went prefect.

PS: wher can I switch the language please ? In the user settings I still see just English and I didn’t found any other place where to change it..

Thank you.

Under

Modules -> Administration -> Settings -> Display

you find the option ‘available languages’.

There you can enable all the different languages provided by the plugin.
But beware! Most languages contributed by the community have not yet translated the term ‘general_language_name’. Because of that you will find a lot of languages called ‘English’ which are, in fact, not English translations.

If you find such a language and are willing to change that, we encourage you to go to our crowdin project page and translate the ‘general_langauge_name’ to contain the name of your language.

FYI: If you change translations at our crowdin project, they will be imported into the translations plugin once a day.

Many thanks Philipp, now all is clear :-) We will probably supply some translations in comming weeks / months.

Cheers, Ivan

Hi,
I have similar problema as Jérôme Siau.

In work_packages page is missing all czech translations. And there are missing translations like:

[missing “cs.js.work_packages.no_results.title” translation]
[missing “cs.js.work_packages.no_results.description_html” translation]

Any suggestion how to fix it?
Thanks
Marek
