We postponed releasing OpenProject 3.0.0 by one week to March 7th 2014.
All the features and bugfixes we had planned for the OP 3.0.0. release have been implemented and are part of the release/3.0-branch. However, we only finished our work today. While our QA has been working very hard to ensure quality, they have been shooting at a moving target as bugfixes where still being added while they where testing. We therefore decided to take some extra time to retest the added bugfixes. While we are not aware of any bugs we might have added by our bugfixes we just want to make sure that there are none.
We still recommend using the 3.0 release branch over any 2.4 release. We have been running the 3.0 codebase on OpenProject.org for some time now without major problems.

Thanks for the good news, we are waiting to try OP 3.0.0 and if it’s meet us migrate asap from existing PM.
